2) We will schedule a one-hour assessment that allows us to talk through your painting needs and accurately bid your project. During this assessment, we will:

• Sit down and answer any questions about us and talk about paint options.
• Do a walk through the house together to discuss our painting process.
• Brandon will walk around on his own to collect measurements.
• For most projects, we can get you a hand written bid after the assessment.
• If you trust we can do a quality job on your project, we can schedule your project.

3) Most of our clients book with us well in advance, so a color consultation is scheduled prior to beginning your project

• We will put test colors on the house to make sure you are happy with your choice.


• We will go over what we discussed before to make sure we are on the same page.


• Any add-ons that you may want (decorative paint options, etc.) will be determined in this phase.

4) Every project is different, and we have very strict standards on quality. The following gives you an idea of what to expect during the actual painting phase:

• A full power wash will be done to have a clean surface for the paint to adhere.
• Any cracks that need to be caulked will be to prevent future water damage.
• Peeling areas will be scraped, sanded, and primed to prevent dry rot.
• Unpainted areas such as windows, concrete, light fixtures, roof lines will be masked to prevent over spray.
• Two coats of a life-time warranty paint will be applied to all painted surfaces.
• The first coat will be back rolled if necessary to fill cracks or dry wood.
• We always work consecutive days (weather permitted) until the job is complete.
• We will do a final walk-through with you to make sure you are completely happy.
